Step into a whole new world. The ink789 VIP Programme is designed to reward your loyalty with premium benefits, personalised service, and an unmatched gaming experience.
The ink789 VIP Programme is an exclusive rewards system designed to recognise loyal players who have made ink789 their online entertainment platform of choice. Unlike standard membership programmes that offer only reward points, the ink789 VIP Programme delivers a far more comprehensive experience — from personalised service and higher withdrawal limits to special bonuses unavailable to regular members, as well as invitations to exclusive events.
Every ringgit you invest in games at ink789 is counted and valued. Our VIP points system tracks every wager you place and automatically updates your membership tier. The more actively you play, the faster you climb to higher VIP tiers and the greater the privileges you unlock.
For many Malaysian players who have been with ink789 for a long time, VIP status is more than just a title — it is genuine recognition of the loyalty and trust you have placed in our platform. We understand that VIP players have higher expectations, and that is why every aspect of this programme is designed to exceed them.
From Silver members just starting to enjoy the core benefits, to Diamond members receiving boutique-level treatment, every ink789 VIP tier delivers real and tangible value. You will feel the difference from the very first day you upgrade.
Four membership tiers, each with increasingly exclusive privileges
More than just reward points — a complete membership experience
The process of becoming an ink789 VIP member is simple and transparent. No hidden requirements, no complicated application process. Our system automatically recognises your loyalty based on your gaming activity.
Create your free ink789 account in under 2 minutes. The registration process is straightforward and requires minimal documentation to get started.
Every wager you place automatically earns VIP points. The accumulation rate depends on the game type — slots, live casino, and sports betting all contribute points.
Once your VIP points reach the next tier threshold, our system will automatically upgrade your status. You will receive a notification and your new benefits will be activated instantly.
From exclusive deposit bonuses to a personal account manager — all your VIP benefits are activated instantly the moment you move up a tier. No separate applications required.
Important Note: Your VIP tier will be maintained for the duration of your active period. If your gaming activity decreases over a given period, the system will review your tier in accordance with the established policy. Stay active to maintain your VIP status.

For many Malaysian players who have tried various online platforms, ink789 stands out for one simple reason — it truly understands the needs of local players. The ink789 VIP programme is not a copy of a generic rewards programme from an overseas platform that was never tailored for the Malaysian market.
All VIP transactions at ink789 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). This means no hidden currency conversion fees and no confusion over bonus values in foreign currencies. What you see is what you get — straightforward and transparent.
Second, dedicated customer support for ink789 VIP members is available in both Bahasa Melayu and English. You won't have to deal with support agents who lack local context or wait hours for a response. For Platinum and Diamond members, your personal account manager is reachable directly through a dedicated channel whenever you need them.
Third, the ink789 VIP points system is designed so that every type of game earns a fair return. Whether you prefer online Slots, EPL or Malaysian League Sports Betting, or sitting at a Live Casino Baccarat table — all of these activities accumulate your VIP points and bring you one step closer to the next tier.
Ink789 believes VIP members deserve to know exactly how their points are calculated, when their benefits will be activated, and what requirements need to be met. That is why your VIP dashboard displays real-time progress — accumulated points, distance to the next tier, and rewards history — all in one easy-to-read view.
We don't want you to feel like you're chasing an unclear target. Instead, we want every deposit and every gaming session to feel like a meaningful step forward towards greater privileges.
